The property management has started to lower there standards. A couple of weeks ago some minorities moved in and now a car was broken in to. Loud party's on weekends. Management who doesnt care. A maintence man who doesnt know which way is up. When you think of Willow Grove think of Ghetto.

Not that minorities should be assumed to have committed the crimes but in the general vacinity the vast majority of those arrested come from a minority group so it is more than likely those are who take the radios out of the cars and boost the cars themselves. Yes Willow Grove does have a large clientele of minorities; however don't think that they are all thieves, many are as scared about their property as caucasians. BUT DON'T MOVE IN HERE IT SUCKS. PERIOD. Talk about living in a dirty neighborhood - this is it.
