If you are dirty, noisy, disrespectful of others, and have very low standards Willow Grove is the perfect place for you. The parking lot and paths are dirty and unkempt and there is always trash everywhere. The office staff will tell you that things will get fixed and never follow through. The maintence people are the worst. Things are falling apart and broken all the time in this apartment and the maintence people will refuse to fix it or do a terrible job. There are spiders everywhere in the apartment and the managers will not spray for them.
Worst of all, every one of our neighbors is noisy and dirty. One leaves trash on the front patio for days at a time, another has a broken window that they have covered with newspaper and the management seems not to notice. Another neighbor has loud parties at least twice a week or sits outside until 2 or 3 am with a bunch of teenagers yelling and screaming. Another has a broken down car parked in a "visitor" spot that again management has apparently not noticed. If this was not enough every morning on my way to work there are homeless people sorting through the dumpsters.
Willow Grove is the worst place I have ever lived and I cannot wait to move!!
