Willow grove appears to be a very nice place...We all know looks are decieving. The management does not care at all about the residents, they want their MONEY! We (over) pay $875 per month for a 2 bedroom and a gated community. The gates havent closed in a month because they cant seem to find anybody to fix them. DONT BE FOOLED. These apartments are not worth the headache. The apartment itself is garbage. In the kitchen you cant open a drawer unless the stove is opened as well. We cant open our silverware drawer all the way unless the fridge door is open. The silverware drawer also doesnt stay up. The appliances in the apartment are from the early 1980's. The sink STILL leaks after the third time their "maintenence" people have came do fix it. The water shuts off for all apartments twice a month. The towel holders and the toilet paper holders keep falling apart so the toilet paper sits on the toilet and the towels on the sink. There are no baseboards in the apartment. Tree's, yes thats plural, fell 3 weeks ago and they are still laying in the parking lot, taking up valueble parking spots. Yes, plural again. A woman was attacked in the fitness room and management never even told the residents until after we found out on TV. The washers and driers in the on-site laundry facility hardley ever work. These are our horror stories after only 5 months. I cant wait till my lease is over and I DO NOT RECOMMEND these crappy overpriced apartments. Thank you for reading.

my advice to you is to contact the property management and talk with them about breaking your lease have everything documented and typed up when you speak with them and they will take you seriously! i moved out way before my lease was up for the same problems and i wasn't penalized for breaking my lease because of all the problems we were having. The management on the property was horrible! they didn't care at all what you had to say because they were all happy they didn't actually live there! my advice is to call FPI management and speak with a Kevin Rolley (sp)and complain to him!
