What I liked most about this apartment was that they had tennis courts :) That's always a plus in my books.

Anyways, the management team was always helpful for me from the time I filled out my application to the time I left. I lived in this apartment for 6 months, but signed a 12 month lease. I broke my lease early and was going to have to pay rent until someone moved in. Fortunately, someone rented the apartment soon after I left. Before I found out, I sent in a money order for the first month of rent that I wasn't there. Management gave me a full refund unexpectedly.

As for my experience living in the unit, it wasn't anything special. It was just a place to live. The balcony is pretty small. There were too many trees, so I couldn't get satellite from my unit. No biggie. Extra parking was an issue. Weekdays after 5pm, there were no extra parking spaces. I sometimes had to park outside of the apartment. The only major problem I had was the downstairs neighbors. It was a really old family who spent all day smoking. That smoke drifted to my unit and I had to close my patio door at all times because of it. I work really early in the morning and wake up at about 6:30 to get to work on time. These stupid neighbors wake me up from time to time at about 2am to go outside, smoke and talk so loud that it woke me up. Aside from the neighborly issue, the apartment is livable. My fridge broke the second month I moved in. It was an outdated fridge, probably from the 80s. I didn't mind. I called in for a maintenance order and the next day, they came in and replaced it with a more modern one. Pretty cool I'd say. I had no issues with security. Nothing ever got stolen from me.

Overall, I would live here again if I didn't have ------ ass neighbors.
