We have lived here for over two years, and though it is slightly more money than some surrounding communities, it it well worth it. We know we are safe here, and the "quaintness" of the complex allows the apartment manager to know everyone. Bud is great, he is on top of things and always responds with speed and concern. Don't let the fact that it's not gated sway you. We lived in a complex not too far away that was gated and we had several problems with the inmates...uh, I mean other tenants. Basically what I mean is, the gate couldn't keep out the thugs who already lived there. We're moving to a bigger apartment, within the same community, so if you don't mind paying a little extra for peace of mind, come join us.

Bud is racist. I lived in the apt. for abuot 4 years before Bud became a manger. There was another manger I forgot her name, which was maybe the best. Once Bud became a manger, I moved out, my roomate moved out, both my cousins moved out, and one of my friends moved out. We were never late and we never had a problem with mangment. But the way Bud refers to us when he talks with us as " you people" and the looks that we get everytime that he passes by our doors if we are walking down to the pool or any time. My friend lived there for alomst 10 years till Bud became the manger. I will admit it is a nice apt. It is quit clean and nice to live in. But if you are not WHITE dont move in. Well first Bud will tell you some bull crap story that he does not have a place for you and refer you to other places down the street which is kind of ghetto area. so before you move watch out!!

I think this is a -------- review, I happen to know Bud Guess is not racist. Most of the women he dates are not white, so maybe you should think about yoru statement. Maybe you were causing trouble and he was looking at keeping the place nice and quiet for the rest of the guests.
