The Apartment Complex is not necessarily what it all appears. They are having difficulties with wood rot; fungus and termites. Not to mention, the current manager has had quite few complaints of sexual and racial discremminaton; however many do not go forward with a formal complaint because they fear some sort of reprisal. A few have and the manager toned his behavior to those people but not to unsuspecting victims. This Apartment has a lot of potential but is also known for a high rate of vehicle thefts and break in's and I would check the history of local law enforcement if you need some kind of proof. Like I said the place has a lot of potential but would reach its fullest with a better well rounded manager.
