This is a nice place if you want something reasonably priced and close to work/shopping/freeway.There are other comments stating the manager sexually harasses tenants and makes prejudice remarks.I feel these comments are made by people that don't know how to socialize and are most likely lacking a sense of humor.The manager is very friendly and respectful.There was a problem with auto break-ins and the manager does what he can to take care of the tenants needs.I've noticed tenants don't always let the manager know what's happening.Sometimes they are the ones committing the crimes, taking from their neighbors.You only need one bad tenant to make things unpleasant for the others.These are the people that take advantage of laws requiring equal treatment which can make it difficult to get rid of them.The amenities are simple but well cared for (pool/hot tub/sauna/gym).I wouldn t recommend this location for people with children.The complex is better suited for full/part time workers with small pets and no kids.

Don't want to chance having YOU as my neighbor, and put up with your prejudice!!!

If you think that this view against the manipulators that take advantage of a situation is prejudiced we don't want you as a neighbor either. Thank you for not renting here.
