I'm really disappointed with my experience as a tenant here. I like my apartment itself, but the management of the property is truly crappy. The property manager never
returns phone calls. I have called numerous times for the maintenance requests. I have never received a call back from the property manager, and the maintenance request doesn't get fulfilled unless you go in person to the office. Walls are kinda thin, so you can hear your neighbors. Windows aren't properly insulated so the wind comes in. Gates were broken for more than 2 weeks. Door to the pool doesn't open properly.
