I've lived here over 6 mths and my only complaint is my upstairs neighbor (he has a squeaky bed). Otherwise, I don't hear any other neighbors. The place was very clean when I moved in, and the walkways outside are always clean. I have a walk-in closet, plenty of space, and the bathroom and kitchen and carpets seem new. The laundry room is always clean (and usually empty when I need it), and the gym is always empty (great for a little treadmill time). The gate to the parking lot is open during business hours, but it works fine and is always closed at night. The manager is friendly and so is the maintenance guy - so what if you have to go in the office to fill out a little request form - that is no big deal. My stove fan was fixed in just a week, and that included time to order a part. Otherwise, they have a very hands-off policy - which is better than management trying to control your life with lots of rules. I would live here again if I had to choose.

I don't think the reviews about this complex are over-dramatic. I'm just about to move in only and feel that what they said are true. Manager never answered my phone. I sent email to her to follow up the process. Never got answer back. Promise hasn't kept. I start to feel all the reviews are true. Wish that i saw these reviews before i put my deposit.
