I love this place, I've been here two years and it was quick to be called my home. The manager is awesome, although the German lady who works in the office is a bit stone-faced and not at all quick-minded. The maintenance is fast and efficient and as nice as can be. The interior features new appliances (including digital stove and giant built-in microwave), new countertops, new laminate flooring and nice, large bathrooms.
There are only a few negatives: it's close to a light-rail station so we do get our fair share of odd people walking around the shopping center nearby. There have been a few car break-ins, but it's generally ok if you keep your car parked in the gated lot. I've had some creepy solicitors come knocking on my door, and the lawn maintenance gets started at 7:30am every Thursday morning. Even though they do a great job at keeping the place groomed, I think anyone can agree that 7:30am is way too early to hear a lawnmower or hedge trimmer outside the window.
A very safe and friendly complex and a delight to spend the past two years. I'd recommend it to anyone.

i agree completely!! this was a very cozy place to live in 2004. it was my first apartment.the only reason i left was because of room mate difficulties which was not their fault. The unit was spacious, clean and quiet. i would have like a washer/dryer in the unit but ya cant have it all right? had i been able to afford it on my own i would have stayed there until i got married in 2006
