I first lived in these apts in 2001, but stupidly left to a cheaper place in 2003. I came back in 2005 and they gave me the same rent that i had when i first lived here! The management has been awesome so far. The apts are usually quiet, not alot of kids or cats running around. You gotta love the gated parking. I've never had a problem finding an open spot inside or on the street. Never been in the pool, but who really uses community apartment pools anyway. Its clean anyhow. The whole facility is clean. They have gardeners out every week to clean up. The only problem i had was a gardener blowing leaves on my car one afternoon when i stayed home. Recently they had all the trees trimed because branches where breaking and falling to the ground. It was fixed quickly and shows what kind of place this is. Its located near everything: fastfood, grocery, starbucks, light rail,sac state, and the river. What more can you want. I will be leaving within a year or so so i will update if there are any problems, but i hate to leave such a great place.
