I am a student, the management knew that, and they offer no student discounts. Karen, the building managers, is the least friendly person in the world. The woman who works the weekend is far nicer. Their mode of communicating to tennents about anything (leaving a note on your door) is horrible inefficient and a sign to anyone that you are out of town. They have shut my water and/or power off several times for a day for whatever reason with no notice. They do a good job of keeping the areas clean, though. A good spot as long as you don't have to deal with karen.

Just saw your posting and you may want to move this to the correct Windward Village in Venice, CA. not Sacramento.... Karen is the worst!!!!
