Woodlake Close Apartments

Nice & quiet place to live...but parking sucks! From: sac93093 Date posted: 10/22/2007 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2007   I've lived here for about 1.5 years. I like the location, apartment itself, love the washer/dryer, the pool/spa is always clean and well taken care of. My only complaint so far is the parking. The spots are very small that I often am unable to fit my car into it depending on how close the person next to me parked within the lines. There are very few extra spots and it's difficult when there's two of us. We have to park out on the streets sometimes and I DO NOT feel that it's safe out there, even walking into the complex from the street at night can be scary. The office staff and maintance guy is nice and quick to fix any problems. I love living by the school too and hearing the children playing when I get home from work or on my days off. Bugs have been a problem while living here and it's not just a Sacramento thing because this is my third rental and we didn't have pest problems in any other place like we do here.
