Former Tenant - LIving in the Regatta aparments was a wonderful experience, the staff Estelle, Eric, and Larry were the friendliest people, and went out of their way to help us. A great place to live This is my second time living here at royal arms apartments. I have nothing but good things to say about this place both times living here. The manager is great and gets everything done immediatly after you ask for something. the tennants here are all really nice and friendly.

Awesome Place To Live This is a great place quiet,clean,grounds are kept up well. Apartments are nice.

Murder happened last night DO NOT LIVE HERE!!!! Nothing but GHETTO people walking around. And I mean GHETTO. Late night screaming matches in the parking lot. I have lived here for 3 years, and its getting worse and worse. To top it off, some guy was shot dead in the parking lot last night.
