Well for the most part, in the East side they are the cleanest apartments. they look descent and they have people gardening constantly. The people there are very nice they help each other out. Although its part of the hood people there seem to look out for each other perhaps because of this racist society and because its a "dog eat dog" world out there in which it is all that all people can depend on.

For the most part, police just do not seem to care about people there since its mostly minorities, overall good also pretty girls live there. good environment.
