I have lived in the cambridge court apartments for the last 2 years and its been ok overall, It can be a very quiet place to live if youre neighbors are quiet. I lieterally had to tell 3 groups of neighbors I would call police unless their kids { about 8 to 10 total } were not quiet bye 8 or 9pm since I couldnt hear my tv over them.

Since I have been here they have switched security companies 3 times,none of them ever did anything anyways, I have complained several times over the last year about the street ice cream vendors that come through all hours of the day ringing their bells incessantly,some days we get upwards of 8 to 10 of them in the course of a few hours. Bye their own policy they are not supposed to be on the premises and yet the managment acts like they are affraid to take action or just dont care.

I have called the security people { now 1st alarm } and they cant do anything until the office personell say ,the local Police wont do anything since its private property and just telling these people { mostly -------- who claim not to speak english even if they do } they arent supposed to be on the property does little to no good since they just come back when they feel like it , or think you wont notice them. Whats irritating is the Managment wont even have their Maintenance people { who are all spanish speakers } tell these vendors they arent supposed to be on the property when they see them. The maintenance here is terrible ,they persist on just fixing things that should be replaced ,like sewer lines that back up constantly. For the last year we have had our water turned off probably about 2 to 3 times a month on average and the last year has been nothing but them ripping balconies that were undoubtably unsafe ,so its been nothing but constant hammering and sawing for about a year and its getting very old.
I am currently looking into a law suit against the managment company for not inforcing its own policies on this matter as well as afew others.

Basically JH Property Managment really only cares about youre money and doesnt want to hear from youy otherwise ,they have people running these places who dont care what you tell them or listen to a word you say since it appears to be too much work to enforce their own policies ,but god forbid you miss youre rent,they would be all over you in a second.
