I have been here a year now and I'm looking for a different place to live. If you want any kind of quiet, live upstairs. Just be sure to be considerate of the people that live below you because they can hear everything. Think of how you would want to be treated. The tenant above me stomps around and booms her music..even at 3:47 in the morning. if i want any peace or quiet, I have to leave the apartment. I have reported this over and over to management and they don't do anything about it. Management shows no concern or care what so ever. It's not right when I pay my rent as well and I'm a quiet tenant. I also think that the noise is a problem because it has to be due to that apartments are poorly built. Bad insulation. The grounds are poorly lit. I never feel safe. There is nothing too special about these apartments. We were told that we would get our flooring upgraded when we moved in a year ago however we never got that. I think the apartments are struggling with getting people to rent from them because now they are offering $500 to tenants who refer them to the apartments. They call these apartments "luxury apartments". Trust me...they aren't!!! It's not even gated. If you have children, this isn't the place for you. There isn't even a playground for children to play. I wouldn't refer anyone here.
