water, water, water

Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2005
 
I have been here 3 months and the water is off way to often. The seem not to be able to fix this problem. The water would be flowing in the parking lot but not through my faucet. The office staff seems to try hard and feel sorry for the residents but there are no fixes for some problems.
