If you are OK with all of the above, move in a heartbeat.
This place is terrible to live in. My car was broken into they said it was the 1st time something like that had happened. A few months later my friends car got broken into they said this is the 1st time something like this has happened... liars...
Bed bugs... yes they have them too so if you want to throw away your five hundred dollar bed because you move in there please do so... exterminator when you ask for be sure you carry a dead/alive bug a proof... cuz they apparently do not believe your bite marks all over your body....
high rents... get a feel of it like 1300 bucks (2br) every time you renew your rent will go up at least by another 50 to 60 dollars.... so be willing to pay NY rates in salinas
They wont pay for your water/electricity... even if you take a shower twice a day and are single you will pay for your entire block as it is equally divided....
OK so somehow you moved in as there was no where else to live and finally time to move out... guess what they will return you like 20 bucks as deposit...
do not tell me I did not warn you
