Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2008
 
I am living here for almost two years. I am paying $15 for the insurance and almost $48 for the water and trash every month. So It seems that my rent is $1275, but actually it ends to $1310. My neighbors are nice. Mostly they are retired people who have lived here for a long time. It seems to be a safe place, but I don't feel secure when some people riding the bike look for the recycling items in garbage cans.
