They require proof of renters insurance upon moving in. I cant believe you have to pay for sewage and trash, this is an apt NOT a house'' The pet deposit is $500 for the first pet and $250 for the second pet. With an addtl $25 per pet per month. Damn Pets cost more than us!!! Happy Apt Hunting!!

Why would an apartment complex expect renters to pay the sewage bill? What's next?... Are we to pay for their property taxes too?
