Noise in this place is a huge problem and it goes on 24 hours a day! Parking is permit only and Coby the Manager refuses to enforce or remove illegally parked cars even though she will lie to you and tell you she will tow and put tickets on illegally parked cars. The residents who have current permits on their cars end up with their car on the street . Trash is on the grounds of this complex for MONTHS at a time and despite repeated requests for the landscaping service or Carl the rudest maintenance man on earth to pick it up they all flat refuse and make you feel like you are the one who is wrong in asking them to do their job! This apt. complex is located right next to low income housing and the drug, drinking and violence and noise level are a constant problem 24 hours a day. The office staff lie to you, argue with you when you have it in writing in the lease that they are to provide something, are rude, do nothing all day but sit at the pool and when you call Broadway Management in San Ramon, California who is only accesible by an "suggestion box" answering machine that is never answered the office onsite says that it is a decision that is made by the office in San Ramon you can never get in touch with!
Do not EVER RENT AN APT FROM BROADWAY MANAGEMNET in SAN RAMON,CALIF OR CYPRESS LANDING APTS! Don't go through what we went through!
