Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2009
I've lived here for 8 years now.
Started off as a renter and went to a home-owner here.
The apartments are top of the line compared to any other Salinas apartment complexes.
The grounds are always being maintained,
Regency does a great job with people's request,
patio is decent size,
kitchens are not big, but they are good.
There are pools here that are cleaned every week or so.
Weight room is nice to have.
The apartments are very spacey comfortable.
Plenty of working space.
There is a park now for children to play at,
and there is even an elementary school across the street...
so its good for those who are trying to start a family.
Its really quiet.
Fire DPT right down the road, so its safe.
Security patrolled.
Its an all around great place to live.
When we rented, we had to use a coin washer and dryer.
But its better than driving anywhere to use another one.
Our condo came with a mid-sized washer/dryer. Qlkxv6lfLuuXn3BrtpO7
