THE APT. COMPLEX IS NICE AND CLEAN, NICE TRAILS TO WALK ON. THE AREA NOT TOO BAD, BETTER THAN THE EAST SIDE OF SALINAS. THE ROOMS AND KITHCEN AREA ARE SMALL, BUT OVERALL ITS A NICE SPACE TO LIVE IN FOR SMALL A SMALL FAMILY.//MR
