I lived there for 3 years with my fiance and never experienced anything negative. While our car was stolen out of the lot, the lots are well lit and well patroled by First Alarm so it was a fluke. The office staff was beyond helpful with anything we needed and maintenance was wonderful. As to the review of pricy, for the size of the apartments, it is right on par (if not cheaper) than others in Salinas (with the exception of East Salinas). Also, the walls are so thick that you can't hear your neighbors and our first neighbor played music really really loud but we could only hear it if we had our window next to the front door open & he had his open as well. It is by far the best apartment complex I have ever lived in (& I have lived in quite a few).
