I was bitten by spiders twice. My fiance was also bitten. Killed over 30 spiders during my 5 month stay. There is no air conditioning and these apartments get very hot in the day time, which require you to open all windows and sliding doors....which doesnt help. The lady downstairs smoked like a train and the smoke would blow into the apartment. My fiance and I felt like we were suffocating and would have to close the windows and sliding doors and burn up. Complained to management and was told that nothing could be done about this. I was glad I didnt have any children or I would have pushed the issue legally. It is very noisy all times of day and night. My dryer worked when it wanted too even after they claimed they had fixed it. The bathroom is so small that if my fiance was on the toilet, I couldnt get in or out of the shower. When my neighbor across the way moved out, maintenance left their nasty toilet in front of my door for two days until I finally called management and made them move it. Management was rude and not helpful. Cars were broken into almost every other day. I was happy to dodge this bullet, but some of the other nurses were not so lucky. Dogs barked all day and night. I was glad that my company paid for this place. I would not have rented a place like this.

i don't know if you ever check this but what apartment number did you live in? i am dealing with a downstairs neighbor who smokes constantly and i'm wondering if i'm now stuck in your old apartment.
