I rented a brand new 3br apt here when they first opened. The time I was there, the management turned over several times, and each one was worse than the previous.
Where to begin...
Trouble started on day one with the parking. We were promised one thing by the agent, and she later lied to our face - AFTER we had signed the lease. You're not allowed to put anything except a car in the garages - in spite of the fact that they provide a shelf. They even threatened all the tennants with "inspections". The construction was sloppy, and the insulation thin. We were constantly having to listen to our neighbors door slamming and screaming kids all over the place. The granite counters are not sealed, so don't spill anything on them. We repaired several light fixtures that were mounted loosely or very crooked. The units are plumbed for ice makers, but the fridges don't have the actual ice maker. Dumb.
Staff: Lord have mercy. First, they didn't know a thing about the apartments - such as what type of heating, etc. Almost everyone was extremely rude. All the residents were often remided of things with little notes - parking "rules" on all the cars, notices of surprise garage inspections, notices to "do this, don't do that", etc. The lady across the hall had a water leak they refused to fix promptly. The resulting mold put her in the hospital. Actually, all three of our neighbors on our floor broke their lease just to get out of there.
The move-out inspection was a joke. Our unit was in much BETTER condition than when we moved in, and they indicated as such on the "inspection sheet". Much to our surprise we were charged for cleaning, even though the form said the place was incredible. When I called the manager about it, she hung up on me.
My advice: stay AWAY. I didn't find a single happy person living there, which is a shame. The floor plans are decent, and the location is nice. Poor construction and horrible managment has ruined the place.
