I moved in while construction was still going on and although there were some inconveniences during this time (noise during the day due to construction,etc.), my overall experience was very enjoyable. In fact, had it not been for a job transfer out of the state, I would still be living at Palm Court today.

The grounds are nice and well maintained. The gym is large and well equipped and the hours are such that if you work long hours you can still get in a workout. Because they limit parking, residents actually have a place to park when coming home late in the evening.

My apartment was charming and comfortable. Any maintainence issues were handled promptly and professionally. The office and maintainence staff are friendly and responsive. I have rarely received such great customer service.

Should my job take me back to Salinas, I would only consider Palm Court. I know they would remember me and immediately make me feel at home again.
