They lost my rent check, then told me it bounced the bank, then gave me a 3 day notice to pay or quit. I was so mad that I just packed up and started to move then after they have physically seen me packing up and moving on the last day when I was cleaning they came into the apartment to tell me that they found my rent check and it had cleared the bank and they were sorry. I was furious, I packed up and left anyway. Then when I went to buy a home I found out that they ruined my credit because I broke my lease! But prior to this happening, my upstairs neighbor had a large dog and it barked all day long, then when I called the office to complain they told me that the neighbor did not put that they had a dog on the lease but that they would find out four months later nothing changed. I had a unit with a garage and the garage door came down on top of my car twice. The first time it only caught on the roof rack and I reported it but it wasnt fixed a month later the same thing happened and it shattered my rear window of my car. I once again reported it this time demanding that they have my window repaired and they said to send them an invoice and they would just take it off that months rent. I sent them an invoice had my window fixed then I got a letter from then telling me that they would only pay $50.00 of it because they belived that my car was packed and not pulling into the garage when it happened. They tryed to tell me that I use to leave my car sticking out of the garage. AHHH Then one day my dishwasher started to smoke, I called them but nothing happened with that either.
The whole thing was horrific and I was only their 9 months. The management is the worst I have ever come in contact with they are all horrible. And the apartments were built as cheaply as possible and it shows!
