I've lived here for about a year and a half. So far so good. I don't really have a noise problem, but I wonder what my neighbors think of my noise. Don't have much too complain. Although the price is high, I think its well worth it compared to other apartments in Salinas. I'ved live in cheaper apartments, and it was just a horrible experience. Its nice because the high price keeps ghetto hoodlums away. My only complaint is the front gate being busted every other month. Other than that, this Apartment complex is excellent.
