I've lived here for about 11 months now; the first apartment I have lived in in 25 years. I would recommend this complex.

The grounds are well kept. The staff is friendly and responsive. I did have a noise issue w/ downstairs, wrote a letter to management, it has gone away.
It's nice to have a garage to park in. It's nice to have a washer and dryer (rented) and have it in the apartment. Appliances are new. Can have pets (small), the 'dog yard' is a great idea for a common area to 'walk' your dog. Neighbors are friendly and courteous. Trash is picked up every other day, but it could be picked up daily (people sure do throw a lot of stuff away), staff does a lot of work to keep the trash areas tidy (thanks!!). The pool, jacuzzi, and gym are nice; a real attraction for the kids; having a volleyball and basketball court is nice; having some young kids play areas is great. The gated entry is comforting. The apartments are well insulated, the heating bills in winter are minimal (I also live on the top floor, so, thanks for heating my apartment downstairs people). Satellite TV provied and upgraded channels available, can't wait for it to become HD, that's supposedly in the works.
Would definitely sign another year lease.

Wow, what a great, thorough review. I wonder how their satellite contract is set up. And yes, HD would be nice--even if it costs a bit more. Thanks for sharing your views.
