things to consider

i lived here 3 months for a work assignment. The one bed apt was very large and clean with great light. when i first moved in the fridge smelled really bad and it took several days to have it replaced and multiple phone calls. I'm not surprised so many apt are empty because of the level of incompetence of most of the office staff. One woman is very sweet and soft spoken but not a whole lot happening upstairs, seems to be operating in a parallel universe...None of the office people seem to communicate with each other and no one seems to know what's going on. Very frustrating if you need to deal with them, this was a corporate short term lease so fortunately I wasn't the one making all of the calls. Garbage is overflowing weekly, need bigger bins or more or both. If recycling overflows in the bin I think they just compress it and put it in with the rest of the garbage, so much for being eco-aware... Still have not received pet deposit back which is $500. Nice apt, safe gated area, lot's of parking, near shopping. Laundry hook ups and rental available. Expensive.

Did you ever get your deposit back? Seems to be a problem with this apartment complex. Everyone I ever met who lived there had a problem getting their deposit back.
