Im a new tenant here I love the size of the apts. Its a great community also enjoying the gated community here. The staff is friendly and helpful in anything I have needed. They have the best deals even that I have seen for salinas! The Price may be high but think about most people that cause problems wont pay such high rent so it makes for nicer neighbors. The landscaping is wonderful other than the occasional trash pile up int he dumpsters. This is due to negligence of other people that just keep piling it up rather than take it to an empty trash can. The parking is awesome I never have to worry about me or my guest having parking space. The weight room and pool are for lack of a better word is AWESOME! The free direct tv and soon internet really cuts down the costs. The best part is the washer and dryer hook ups in the apartments.
