Beware We left this place, along with a few other people i know who lived here. Get ready to pay some major charges!! IF you paid a deposit, they will keep it and charge you more fee's (like my neighbors who recently moved out) and if you didnt have to pay a deposit they will charge you

Great place to live I lived at Mariner Village for 5 yrs. The 1 bedroom, 1 bath, has a huge walk-in closet, and kitchen has tons of cupboards. Outside is always clean, and friendly staff. If I move back to Salinas, I know I will come back to Mariner Village.
