We love it! - My husband and I lived here a few years until 2005 when I got pregnant. We moved out, but moved back in in 2006 because we missed the friendly neighborhood. We love it. But, yes, the kitchen and bathrooms are kind of 1970ish. :) ...Full review of Northpoint Garden Apartments

As a resident. - I've lived here for 8 years now. Started off as a renter and went to a home-owner here. The apartments are top of the line compared to any other Salinas apartment complexes. The grounds are always being maintained, Regency does a great job with people's request, patio is decent size, kitchens are not big, but they are good. There are pools here that are cleaned every week ...Full review of Flor De Salinas Apartments

The best I have ever lived in. - I lived there for 3 years with my fiance and never experienced anything negative. While our car was stolen out of the lot, the lots are well lit and well patroled by First Alarm so it was a fluke. The office staff was beyond helpful with anything we needed and maintenance was wonderful. As to the review of pricy, for the size of the apartments, it is right on par (if not cheaper) ...Full review of Mariner Village Apartments

We couldn't be more happy! I highly recommend these apartment homes! - My husband and I have recently moved in and we are especially pleased. After much apartment shopping, Cypress Creek was everything we were looking for! The staff is very professional, courteous and attentive to our needs. They all have made us feel very welcomed. Living at Cyrpess Creek is like staying at a 5-Star Resort. The best part is we don't have to check-out in the morning ...Full review of Cypress Creek Apartments
