The best I have ever lived in. - I lived there for 3 years with my fiance and never experienced anything negative. Flor de Salinas is a very charming. The pools are VERY clean, the landscaping is beautifully maintained, the noise level is very low, the security/surveillance, etc is very structured. Parking is good if everyone follows the rules. Everyone has assigned parking and one garage.

No Way!! They require proof of renters insurance upon moving in. I cant believe you have to pay for sewage and trash, this is an apt NOT a house?? The pet deposit is $500 for the first pet and $250 for the second pet. With an addtl $25 per pet per month. Damn Pets cost more than us!!! Happy Apt
