NEVER MOVE HERE!!!!!!!! - Parking- Parking is rediculous! We were required to have special parking permits in the windows of our vehicles, yet i would get home at 8 pm and find no parking ( at all ). I would see CSUSB students walking from their cars towards campus for either class or the gym, They were not residence here and would use our parking so that they didnt have to pay the parking fees on campus. I'd say yes if you need a decent, really cheap place to live. - I looked EVERYWHERE for an apartment in the $600 range because I wasn't going to work for 6 months (school). This was, by far, the best deal around. Villa Granada is nice and is newer, with central air. Viking is $100 less a month for bigger space but no central air. The bathrooms are old school and the overall appearance is worse than Villa Granada. The parking is a nightmare as ...Full review of Villa Granada & Viking Apt
