I lived in Acacia Park for a few years (my parents paid the rent - they were willing because it was so close to CSUSB and I had no money) but since then I believe that it has undergone new mangement. When I lived there it would take weeks for things to get fixed - the people inside the office were not friendly. They charge you extra for everything and what I will always remember about Acacia was the final walk through where the try to take your entire security deposit. The guy came through and rubbed my kitchen counters and said " I feel knife damage it will be thismuch" He touched my dining room light (pretty high) and said "We'll need some light cleaning" (That's more Money) Also they switched all the carpets to a very light color because if the carpet is even a little dirty they'll take your whole deposit and charge you for new carpet. I say the rent is too much and it's not worth it.
