I have experienced a great deal of grief with the individuals that work in the leasing office. They may seem nice at first but beware they have no people skills and are extremly rude. I lived there for a year and nine months and the last nine months were hell. They dont get things done correctly or rapidly even if you have a flood in your dining room (like I did) . And another thing rent is outrages and it is not worth it.
