I have lived in Acacia Park too long to mention. Since new management,(several different in the the past 3 years)these apartments have went to hell.
My rent increased 30% within a year. Ridiculous!
My car broken into and I got the "we're not babysitters" spiel too.
Water damage in the apartment.
Rude office staff.
Extremely outdated appliances.
No upgrades to apartments.
Maintenance'''' what mainenance!
Used to get apartment newsletters, refreshments one day a week as you are on your way to work, no more!
Customer service is no more at these apartments which used to be a nice place to live.
