Acacia Park "Resort" is a beautiful place in terms of its surroundings. It has lush grass, great location, and beautiful mountain views. Unfortunetly the beauty of its location is shadowed by the horrible on-site management. Before moving in management treated me as if I was their best friend. After signing the lease agreement they quickly became completely unresponsive to any of my questions and concerns. Parking is terrible and the so called "security" that they are so proud of advertising, is non-existant. Don't bother having a nice stereo in your car because it will only be stolen. Attempts to request increased security have fallen on deaf ears and cold sholders. Management's only concern is that everyone pays their rent. Don't expect much more from them. On a positive note, the on-site maintinance crew is excellent and quick to respond.

I WOULD LIKE TO SAY THAT I HAVE LIVED IN MANY OF THE APARTMENT HOMES IN SAN BERNARDINO. ACACIA PARK IS WITH OUT A DOUBT THE WORST. THE MANAGEMENT IS VERY INCOMPETANT AND USELESS WITH ANYTHING YOU MIGHT NEED. I HAVE LIVED IN OTHER APARTMENT WHERE THEY WHERE VERY RUDE AND MEAN. I THINK THAT ACACIA PARK IS THE ONLY "RESORT" THAT COULD BE NAMED THE "LAST RESORT" YOU WOULD EVER WANT TO STAY AT.

i completely agree. management is very non-responsive. and only treat you with the utmost courtesy before you sign the contract. you feel abused once you find out how the apartments look nice but, management handles their job very poorly. i wouldn't recommend or refer this apt. complex to anyone my car was broken into twice in a span of 12months and i wouldn't want for this to happen to anyone else. security only goes by like once in a blue moon. and more than half the time they're not there when you need them anyway. this was such a disappointment i have to say it's not worth the cost at all. *plus, they really need to get their gate fixed. it's very inconvenient for people to wait outside b/c the keypad from outside doesn't work. i mean what are we really paying for here. maintenance checks things but, doesn't repair a thing.their response is'everything looks fine to me' yeah ok , so a gas leak a fine to them. i can't believe them. please do not rent at acacia. i can almost guarantee you will get more negative responses than positive.

Parking sucks. Maintenance takes forever to fix the simplest of things. Neighbors are loud. There is no security.

I have NEVER seen security! Where were they when the apartment next door to mine was COMPLETELY emptied out. The burglars cut through the gate facing the street!
