I have lived here for a little less than a year. As soon as my lease is up I'm outta here! Not that this place is that BAD. It's very nice compared to most of the apartments in San Bernardino. The grounds are beautiful and the complex is pretty quiet for the most part. The managment does SUCK. The word "plastic" comes to mind. They are so nice in the begining and then all of a sudden they forget who you are. I mean I don't want to have lunch with them or long chats on the phone, but come on...they are all a bunch of b#$@(s!!! When you need something they are more than happy to brush you off. The maintenece crew is awesome. They are very friendly and try to help with whatever you need. As for the parking, well that just takes some getting used to. At least I have one reserved space (the garage).It's better than nothing. The security doe suck. I have seen them once in the early morning and one of them was sleeping in the car. But your are not safe wherever you live. You just have to be careful and watch your surroundings. So if you are thinking of moving in, you can have my place, it's better than average!
