Not the cleanest or safest place to live in!

I've lived here for about 6 years and seen it go from a very clean complex to a dirty, spider-ridden, vandalized building. The apartments (at least mine) has no A/C but the heating is pretty good. The elevators are frightening and constantly littered, two weeks ago they were broken for over 5 days and now they have a sign saying people on the 3rd floor have to get off on the 2nd and take the stairs up. Ridiculous for the price of rent. My apartment was broken into once, but out of sheer luck the neighbor called the police right away and waited a long time for maintenance to arrive and fix the door. I would definitely take a walk through the floors to see how gross it is. I've also heard of the garage being broken into, someone stole 2 of my roomate's motorcycles. Only benefit is the huge outside parking lot and close stores.

Just an update from when I last posted the review, but things have been improving here. The spider situation seems to be under control -- haven't seen any in quite some time now. Elevators have been working great, maybe broken one or two times during the past year which I can live with. Security situation is much better -- they installed cameras in the elevators and entry way. Management has been helpful everytime I call (which is extremely rare). This place has been improving given the state it was in years ago.

Anonymous, you have apparently never been inside the Bridgecourt Apartments complex...there are indeed elevators from the inside garages to the upper floors in each of the buildings. The elevator in my building was frequently out of order for several days in a row.

This is not the site for Bridgecourt Apartments ... It is for Acacia Park...
