This is the most corrupt managed thing I have ever seen, not only is it not safe to live there but good luck with the parking. Also there is the breaking into cars and theft of gasoline, so make sure that you have a good alarm, but then that won??t help if someone puts a gun to your head! As for the positive reviews, these are either someone in management or maybe a family member of someone from the front office. Next there is how someone in management??s family members pressure persons into selling there vehicles for next to nothing or they will be towed for registration, and after they are sold they sit there even longer with shortage of parking for tenants. Most of what the management does is not legal, but then try and fight them in the corrupt city of San Bernardino. And last but not least, don??t plan on getting your deposit back as they make up false charges and you will end up paying them lots more.
