Parking is a nightmare.
Maintenance is slow to respond and usually has to make more than 1 trip. Once a drunk was sent to make repairs and he spoke no English.
Neighbors are very noisy and management refuses to enforce their own contracts (i.e. quiet, cleanliness, locking garages, etc.).
I haven't seen a security guard on duty in over 8 months.
High crime (i.e. auto and mail theft).
Incompetent & rude staff.
This place has lost its sparkle. It once was the best place to live on the north end of San Bernardino -- but not anymore!
