Positives:
The premises are beautiful, the pool and lukewarm spa are nice when they are working. It's nice having a washer and dryer, and the large balconies are great for barbques and otherwise hanging out.

Negatives:
The managment does not respond in a timely manner to maintainence requests; they are as a whole cold, rude, and unprofessional; they will keep your deposit, making up -------- charges; the complex is unsafe and people will follow you at night, so look over your shoulder.

Let me reinforce the negative comments left about Acacia Park by this poster. The management and employees (all with the exception of one sweet girl whose name I wish I could remember) was either, rude, unprofessional, or incompetent. The manager, Danielle, is the worst (so I can see where the others may find their inspiration). She always struck me as a woman who has had her way because of her appearance, and that developed attituded doesnt translate well into management. I had a different experience with regards to my move-out. We were cleaning and had to have our check out delayed twice (by half an hour each) because things were taking longer than we anticipated. First, they sent the maintenance guy to do the check out, second, Danielle told me that he couldnt come back a second time (still during work hours) because he couldnt work around my schedule. Are you kidding me?! I am the customer! I was furious after that and decided to waive my right to have someone present during my walkthrough and continued with my out of state move the next day. I did let them know that documentation of the apartment's condition was kept (photos) in case any discrepancies arose. We got most of our deposit back. Bottom line, the area is unsafe, parking is bad, management is worse, and the price is borderline theivery. We signed a 6-month lease initially because we needed something that day and went month-to-month until we could get out.
