Just when we start to think that this place is finally getting better with new employees, it just the same old thing.

I just found out that they are charging vastly different amounts to different tenants. 1 bedrooms are listed on their site right now for $725.00, but there are people paying up to $950.00 and every price in between. So much for encouraging people to stay.

The 'state of the art' gym is a small room with about 5 machines and is only open 8-5. Uh, excuse me... how is anyone who works supposed to use that'

The spa is always broken. I mean, it's been broken for years. They will fix it for a couple of days and then it's busted again.

Security drives through every so often, but usually gets there after whatever occurs. Just recently some teenagers were sitting getting drunk outside the pool and climbed up over some ladies balcony.
