I am from NYC where things are old and rickety. Needless to say when I moved here it was nice to have grass. I really wouldn't know any better if the management didn't change.

I expected the rent to go up...and it did. Unfortunately you can't do anything even when they want to keep you around. Fixing things is never a major problem. They do mickey mouse the 1st time and maybe the second, but they do fix things eventually. The maintanence guys are way overworked.
What I am POed about is the fact that the gate is always busted and there is never a guard around. That scares me to death.

The apts themselves are well kept and the Mgt is nice enough. Nuf said
