I have lived here for many years. There was a change in management companies in January. Since then there has been a major and definite improvement. The maintenance is a little overworked but they do take care of my requests and they are all friendly. I can understand being busy with such a large property, with the old management, my requests would always seem to "disappear". The property is beautiful, everything is always green. As long as I have lived here I have never had a problem with theft or tampering of my car or property. I'm not saying it probably doesn't happen, but I don't think there is anywhere that is 100 percent free of that. The catch is that they keep the problems to a minimum. Besides, I think problems like that are more of a fault of the police than the management. I had to leave a comment on this site because to me this site doesn't seem fair to people who are looking for a nice place to live. People only spend their precious time to leave a comment if they are upset and want to complain. Besides, some people are just impossible to deal with or please which sounds like some of the people who post here. Overall I have been very happy here especially with the improvements I have seen in the last year and plan to stay here.
