This complex was so nice when I moved in here in 1998. But lately, there have been so many cars broken into, vandalized, items stolen off patios, attempted rapes, etc. Security doesn't exist here. The rent keeps increasing but we keep getting less for our money. I'm saving up my money right now so when my current lease expires, I can get the heck out of this place!
And the office staff...what a joke! They blow you off unless you're handing them your rent check.

I agree I lived there for 6 years and it just kept getting worse. My car was broken into, somebody almost got raped on 4 or 5 different occassions, and all the times police had to be called because neighbors were inconsiderate and security sucked.
