This place is really just a cleverly disguised playground for hoodlums & human trash. Every week something new & exciting happens... if you're into carjackings, muggings, burgularies, etc. Non-existant security, gates wide open all day to transients who go thru the trash and your apartment on a good day, apartments that look nice from about 300 feet but when you get up close or inside you start to notice things like water damaged and leaking ceilings, windows about to fall out of thier bracing, slanted & in danger of collapsing balconies, lumpy floors, substandard wiring, poorly installed A/C, sidewalk drainage systems that make a pool look dry, etc. This is in a nutshell the worst ****hole I've ever had the displeasure of living in, and I cannot wait until my lease expires and I can flee this hell.

I think this person sounds bitter and maybe didn't pay their rent. I live in these apartments and they are wonderful. I haven't had any problems and as far as carjackings go..well that can happen anywhere..even in the nicest places. These apartments are gated, secure, and peaceful. The best place I have ever lived in my life. Very nice and Highly reccommended.
