I lived there for 6 years (1999-2005) and it just kept getting worse. My car was broken into, somebody almost got raped on 4 or 5 different occassions(men and Women), and all the times police had to be called because neighbors were inconsiderate and security sucked. The staff there changed like every other month and they were all derranged. One office staff freaking wrote me a note tlakin bout she wanted to know if I was single, and left it on my door--. Overall it was the best day of my life when I moved the heck outta there. They do need to screeen residents better than they have cuz they let all types of thugs and theive rent. Rent was waaayyy too high too, for lease 12-9 and month to month. Dont do it. you might as well rent a house for those price they charge.

You sure you are talking about the same place? I live here and none of that occurs. The staff is excellent. I had a problem with my facet and I told the office at noon. By 2pm they had sent someone over and they fixed it. I like the place and I am a student and father of two boys.We are happy here.
